Friends of Land aan Zee
The connecting role of our friends
For a theme retreat we invite two ‘Friends of Land aan Zee’. These special guests are professionals who are part of our network and have a special affinity for a specific theme or who can offer something special. This affinity has grown from personal experiences and/or their professional background.
During the week they have a connecting role and at the same time they are part of the group. They invite us to share what is really important and to inspire each other in a positive way. Or they take us into the world of movement, meditation, experiencing nature, art or music.
As a Friend of Land aan Zee you enjoy, just like all other guests, all facilities, meals and the daily program. In addition, based on your experience and expertise, you make a contribution every day that fits the theme or target group of the retreat. You will work together with another ‘friend’ and you will coordinate in advance with the core team about the timing and length of your contribution. The duration of your contribution can vary from 1.5 to 3 hours per day.
What do we expect?
Quality
We monitor the quality of the Land aan Zee retreats and their guidance. We expect the Friends of Land aan Zee to have the necessary experience and expertise to prepare and guide the activity in a professional manner.
Integrity
As a Friend of Land aan Zee, you will act ethically and with respect for the participants and other guests staying on the domain. We expect the Friends of Land aan Zee to thoroughly read the community guidelines and agree to them.
Commitment
If you agree to lead an activity, we expect you to be effectively involved from the beginning to the end of the retreat, from preparation to aftercare.
Promotion
In addition to communication via Land aan Zee’s channels, we reach potential participants through targeted communication in line with the theme or target group. It would be great if you, as a Friend of Land aan Zee, would approach your network to promote your retreat.
