Land aan Zee retreats
Reservation and payment
You can register for Land aan Zee retreats via the website, up to 2 weeks before the start date. The registration is final after receipt of a confirmation email and invoice and when Land aan Zee has received payment. (If possible at least 2 weeks before the start date) and when Land aan Zee has received payment.(If possible at least 2 weeks before the start date).
Payments for participation are made via the website’s online booking system.
Cancel honor
Land aan Zee reserves the right to change a program or cancel it if there are insufficient registrations. If you cancel by Land aan Zee, you will receive a full refund. If Land aan Zee is forced to cancel due to unforeseen external circumstances, such as a pandemic, natural disaster or other force majeure, a 50% refund will be given. The following conditions apply to cancellation:
- Up to one month before start date: €100
- 1 month – 2 weeks before start date: 50% of the total amount
- <2 weeks: no refund
- If you don’t show up on the start date or have to leave early: no refund
- Cancellation is only possible by e-mail.
