The retreat offers a structured and accessible approach to yoga, focusing on strength, mobility, breath regulation, and attention. Through a progressive series of practices, participants are guided from grounding and physical engagement to deeper integration and rest. The weekend takes place in a calm and respectful setting and is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Trainer
Eduardo Peixoto teaches Yoga for Men in Antwerp, Belgium, where he has been leading weekly classes for the past three years focused on strength, mobility, breath regulation and attention. He has practiced yoga for more than 25 years and completed formal teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga (RYT200, Yoga Alliance), as well as additional training in yoga for mobility. His approach combines structured physical practice with breath work and mindful attention in a way that is accessible and relevant for men with different ages, backgrounds and levels of experience.
