Exact de retreat die jij nodig hebt
De Thema Retreats zijn er om jezelf een time-out te gunnen. Om opnieuw de verbinding te zoeken met je kern, geïnspireerd te raken door andere gasten of om in de natuur tot rust te komen. Er is een vast dagritme en daarnaast voldoende rust om de signalen van je lichaam te kunnen voelen en volgen.
Bovenop het basisprogramma krijg je elke dag een unieke extra sessie, gegeven door de Vrienden van Land aan Zee.
Basis programma
Het basisprogramma wordt verzorgd door het kernteam van Land aan Zee en bestaat uit een gezamenlijke ochtendactiviteit, een uurtje samen werken voor de plek en een gezamenlijk avondmoment.
De ochtend- en avondactiviteiten kunnen bestaan uit een stilte wandeling, meditatie, yogasessie, dansmoment, sound healing, gesprekscirkel of een bezoek aan de zwemvijver.
Tijdens de vrije momenten kun je je terugtrekken in onze stille bibliotheek, wandelen, fietsen of op specifieke dagen gebruik maken van de sauna.
De extra sessie als je naar een Thema Retreat komt
Je ziet in ons aanbod dat elk Thema Retreat uniek is.
Dankzij de “Vrienden van Land aan Zee” kunnen we ook Thema Retreats aanbieden.
Het is een enorm voorrecht en een mooie steun voor onze Stichting dat deze professionals bereid zijn hun talenten “pro bono” met ons te delen. Dit maakt het voor vele gasten mogelijk om te proeven van een aantal inhoudelijke sessies. We zien erop toe dat de Vrienden van Land aan Zee ook kwaliteitsvolle experts zijn met de nodige kennis en ervaring voor de activiteiten die ze aanbieden. Als het naar meer smaakt, dan kun je bij hen terecht voor een volledig programma.

Landen op jouw maat
Heb je specifieke behoeften, dan is het mogelijk om een of meerdere privé-sessies te boeken. Het kan gaan om een massage, opstellingswerk of coaching, emotioneel lichaamswerk, reiki, ademsessies, voedingsadvies,… We hebben een deel van de expertise in huis, maar we kunnen ook uitreiken naar de vele mensen in ons netwerk. Deze sessies zijn niet inbegrepen in de prijs.

I really enjoyed being with you. The building is beautiful, all the rooms are equally beautiful and attractive. I got so much in just 3 days, it felt like I was there for a week… The food was also so delicious: wow! Totally my thing.
