Organize your own workshop at Land aan Zee
Would you like to organize your own retreat? You have a program but no suitable location yet? We can help.
You can rent our beautiful place for a retreat or your own program that fits our mission. We like to carefully choose a limited number of partners with whom we aim for a long and sustainable cooperation and cross-fertilization.
Land aan Zee has tasteful and comfortable facilities, embedded in beautiful surroundings. These consist of a restored large barn, a new stone barn and two new wooden barns. A large landscape garden, circle of trees, swimming pond and outdoor sauna with seating area invite relaxation and stillness. The five rooms can be used for a variety of purposes and have beautiful views of the estate and surrounding polders. A maximum of 25 people can stay in 20 guest rooms, each with its own shower, toilet and air conditioning.
Discover our multipurpose spaces
There are two rooms specifically designated for rental: the Big Room for 14-36 people, and the Pond Room for 10-14 people. You can rent one of these rooms, or both.
In addition to the room you rent, you are free to use any available space: the studio, the meditation room, the old barn and the sauna house. There are also several sitting areas to work in smaller groups. Keep in mind that other guests are also welcome in these spaces.

- The two multipurpose rooms and the meditation room have wooden floors, the Atelier has a stain-resistant floor.

- Meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets and back supports
- Wireless speaker with wifi or bluetooth connection
- There is a good internet connection in all rooms.
- Water, tea, and healthy snacks are available throughout the day on the ground floor.
- Toilets are located on the ground floor.
Aan alles is gedacht

- 1 suite (1 large bedroom with twin beds and 1 small bedroom with single bed)
Each room has a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and air conditioning. The bedrooms are accessible only with a personal badge.

Different rental formulas, from 10 to 35 people
- We rent the center to groups of minimum 10 and maximum 25 people.
- Another group or individual participants may also be in the center during the same period.
- You can also rent the center completely, in exclusivity, paying a fixed price, regardless of the actual size of the group. You enjoy complete privacy and have access to all rooms and halls.
- If you have a larger group (up to 35 people), we can help to make your retreat at Land aan Zee still possible thanks to accommodations very close by.
- from Sunday evening (after 7:30 pm) to Wednesday morning 11:00 am.
- from Wednesday evening (after 7:30 pm) to Saturday morning 11:00 am.
During the summer months, in July and August, you can only rent the center according to this long formula.
If your retreat really does not fit the proposed standard formulas, we can look for a tailor-made solution of at least 2 nights. Contact us for a proposal.
