When you register for one of our services, we ask you to provide only the necessary personal data. This data is used to be able to perform the service. The data is stored on Stichting Land aan Zee’s own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this information with other personal information we have.

Examples of information we request and collect: your first name and email address when you sign up to receive our newsletter, your billing information when you purchase a service or product, your email address and name when you ask a question.

When you send us an email or other messages, we may retain those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal data if it is relevant.

If you have given your explicit permission, we will send you a newsletter at regular intervals. This contains valuable content articles and information, invitations to free and paid activities.

You can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time. We use Mailchimp, which complies with all European and other local regulations.

Electronic intakes

Following a booking for one of our retreats or when renting Land aan Zee infrastructure, we ask for additional information such as arrival and departure dates, any dietary requirements and other specific wishes regarding the stay. We only process this data within the context of your stay. After a maximum of 12 months, this data will be destroyed.

Cookies

We collect data for research purposes in order to gain a better understanding of our customers, so that we can tailor our services accordingly.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website can be transferred to Stichting Land aan Zee’s own secure servers or those of a third party.

Your data is stored on servers: 3Sign, Combell, Dropbox for business & Mailchimp. These servers are located in Europe and the United States of America. The companies that own the servers on which the information is stored have been checked to ensure that they have taken the necessary security measures to protect this information.
