Friends of Land aan Zee
The connecting role of our friends
We invite two 'Friends of Land aan Zee' for a theme retreat. These special guests are professionals who are part of our network and have a special affinity for a particular theme or who can offer something special. This affinity has grown from personal experiences and/or their professional background.
During the week, they have a connecting role while being part of the group. They invite us to share what really matters and inspire each other in a positive way. Or they take us into the world of movement, meditation, experience nature, art or music.
As a Friend of Land aan Zee, you will enjoy just like all other guests all the facilities, the meals and the basic program. On top of that, you share based on your expertise every day a session that fits the theme or the target group of the retreat. You work together with another 'friend' for this and you coordinate in advance with the core team about the moment and the length of your input. The duration of your contribution can vary from 1.5 to 3 hours per day.
What we expect
Quality
We watch over the quality interpretation and supervision of the Land aan Zee retreats. We expect the Friends of Land aan Zee to have the necessary experience and expertise to prepare and accompany the activity in a professional way.
Integrity
As a Friend of Land aan Zee, you act ethically and with respect for the participants and the other guests staying at the domain. We expect the Friends of Land aan Zee to thoroughly review and agree to the community guidelines.
Engagement
If you pledge to lead an activity, we expect you to engage effectively from the beginning to the end of the retreat, from preparation to aftercare.
Promotion
In addition to communication via the Land aan zee channels, we reach potential participants through targeted communication in line with the theme or target group. It would be very nice if you reach out to your network to promote your retreat.

Do you have something special to offer and want to do this in the beautiful setting of Land by the Sea, together with like-minded people?
