DESCRIPTION:Solution Focus Cooperation for Young Professionals\nThis year’s BB4C retreat will take place from the evening of Tuesday 12th to Sunday 17th September 2023 in the beautiful Centre Land aan Zee in the Netherlands. This retreat will help you\, as a  young professional\, gain effective skills in Solution Focused practices. Through interactive workshops led by experienced coaches\, and with meaningful activities\, this retreat will teach you new ways to deal with complexity\, collaborate in a multistake holder environment\, deal with challenges and changes and bring about a positive difference in your environment. You will be coached by experienced senior coaches and you will have spent valuable time working on your own project. After 5 days in the brand new Land aan Zee retreat centre surrounded by nature and nourished with plant-based food\, you will return home feeling refreshed and revitalised.\nSolution Focus\nIn short: Solution Focus (SF) is a very concise way to build positive change in tough and often complex situations. It is a way of looking at situations with an open mind\, emphasizing helpful next steps. It is the decision to think and act constructively\, which means focusing on “what already works”. You can keep coming back to what does not work\, or you can move on to what you want instead. You can point to what’s not working or focus on what works despite the difficulties. You can confront others about what they are not doing or appreciate what they do already. \nSome advantages that SF will bring you in your career as well as in your private life : \n\nsmoother cooperation\nmore joyful and lighter interactions\nbetter use of resources\nquicker results\npositive energy\nbeing more at ease\n\n\nIs this for you?\n\nDo you believe that collaborating with others is the key to bringing about change\, and do you find the process of creating change motivating and inspiring?\nDo you prefer making progress without encountering obstacles or being frustrated by prolonged discussions that focus on issues that are not urgent or important?\nWould you like to learn how to involve others in the changes you want to see or develop greater resilience in the face of challenges?\nAre you sometimes uncertain about how to communicate effectively with people who work in different fields\, or have a different opinion than yourself?\nDo you wish to improve your communication skills?\nAre you interested in learning how to analyze successful strategies\, learn from them\, and use the power of small steps to make progress?\n\nThen this retreat is for you! \nRegister now to join a group of 25 young professionals (under 35) like yourself at the BB4C 2023 training week at the heart of Europe! \nPracticalities \nWe want BB4C to be available for people from various financial backgrounds. To ensure that\, we are including a maximum of six participants (one per organisation) from for-profit companies and government departments. They will benefit from this retreat at a very attractive price while enabling us to offer a lower price for non-profit\, small companies\, NGO organisations and individuals:\nFor-profit companies and governmental organisations invest €1800 inc VAT. This price enables us to increase the diversity of participants while still offering great value. This includes accommodation for five nights and three vegetarian meals daily\, all workshops\, and creative activities such as yoga\, walking\, meditation and more. \nNGOs and young entrepreneurs invest €600\, including VAT. This retreat is a pure passion project and we  are looking forward to sharing the tools and knowledge we have learned and perfected over time through our work with companies and people. \nFor the retreat in 2023\, we are accompanied by 5 young changemakers! Together\, we are donating our time\, skills and enthusiasm to help you discover that achieving cooperation is not rocket science and that you can indeed make change easier.
